Would you believe I won NaNoWriMo?
Nah, me neither, lol.
And, you would be right…I didn’t “win” but that’s okay, the timing just wasn’t right.
But, that doesn’t mean I’m not trying to get into the “NaNoSpirit” every day by writing every day.
Dean Wesley Smith calls it creating a “streak”. Just occurred to me that’s a gambler’s language, lol.
Insert head slap here…
If you knew anything about Dean you’d know why that made me laugh…
Anyway, a streak in terms of writing is just a little habit of writing each and every day, without fail. Day in and day out. Every day.
I’ve got to get that streak going. Today is Day One.
Working on story titled “In His Name”…looking like a mystery or horror story thus far. Still going to finish my other Jazz and Slade story, but want to see how far I can go with this one.
