Update on Visitor to Blue Lake. Surprise! I’ve no idea where or when this story will end! lol
I’m just north of 16,000 words so it’s definitely not a short story anymore (as I had intended at first, ha!). But that’s okay, because I’m having fun writing it, so hopefully readers will have fun reading it!
Otherwise, client work is going well, articles/blogs are being written, learning is happening and hopefully money is being made (for both my clients and myself!)
Still working on tweaking the ol’ schedule…have an idea that will continue to be a work in process for a long time…perhaps forever, who knows, but am getting things done, so that’s good.
Came across a great Christian science website for kids to use for homeschool. It’s called Creation for Kids.
I don’t know about you, but I get quite annoyed with so much science out there spouting off that the earth is millions of years old.
Really?
I don’t pretend to be a scientist – as if – but if you have to fabricate evidence to prove your “theory” that doesn’t sound very “scientific” to me…at least it doesn’t fit the definition of “science” that I learned in 8th grade Biology class.
As a side note, I am, however, fascinated with genetics. While it’s too old for my youngest right now, I do have a science book that goes into a great bit of detail showing how all the peoples of the earth came from Adam and Eve, and how quickly the world’s population could grow in a surprisingly short period of time.
Fun stuff!
Anyway, just thought I’d drop by to say hi and hope everyone reading this has a wonderful, blessed week!
God bless each of you!
