Day in the life

Spring in Wisconsin

Yeah, I know how you feel pup!

Ugh. That is a description of Spring in Wisconsin!

It can’t seem to make up its mind…one day it’s sunny and warm (well, warm for this time of year 40s,50s, the next, it’s in the 20s and snowing.

See? Like I said, “ugh”!

It doesn’t help that we just bought a (new to me) truck which I want to preserve as much as possible from the deadly effects of salt (which the county LOVES to throw out in abundance).

Did I say ugh? 😀

Anyway, today was errand day which wasn’t fun because of the snow and the wind, but later in the day the sun finally came out for a bit, so that made it better.

Love the sun.

I don’t know how people can live with little sunshine.

Working on The Rot tonight, I’ve got a vague idea where it’s going and how all of my characters are interwoven. My subconscious (a/k/a creative) side of my brain is telling the story since I’m writing without plot or plan…just characters and setting…so we’ll see what they finally end up doing.

Personally, I hope my antagonist gets what’s coming to him…he’s an evil dude…but my God is a God of redemption so….who knows? 😉

What I thought would be a short story seems to quickly be turning into at least a novella.

Oh well…it’s still fun!
