These two beasties are spending the night inside with us tonight!
Very, very cold outside tonight, and while they do have an enclosed shed with lots of bedding in it, we didn’t want to take any chances so they’re sleeping in the house tonight.
Should be interesting…these two have always been outside dogs, although we always have let them in the house to play with us in the winter for a bit.
Hopefully they understand to let us know they want out to pee and poop.
They’re really a smart breed though (mix Sheltie and Retriever) so I’m sure they’ll figure it out.
Now if they’d only find some place to settle down…they’re too busy sniffing anything and everything, but once they’ve been inside for a bit they’ll get the idea.
Another thing about these two…they were so very very easy to train.
If you’re looking for a dog, might I recommend getting a smart one? Makes life so much easier, lol.
Anyway, since I woke up late this morning…ugh…it put me behind for the whole day so no fiction writing tonight…again…at least I think so, but may update this blog if I can get to it anyway. 🙂 It’s still early…
